Returns
Return period 30 business days from the date of purchase.
Returns of products will only be accepted in their original condition, that is, in their packaging, with their accessories and in perfect condition.
The refund of the amount will be issued once it has been reviewed by the technical quality department and through the same payment method in which the purchase was made within a period of one week. Only the value of the product/s purchased will be refunded.
How to make a return
To request a return you can do it through your account. Clicking on “Orders” and selecting the order you wish to return.
Keep in mind that, once the order has been delivered, in case of exercising the legal or contractual right of withdrawal, when you are the one who organizes the transport of the same without therefore said service having been offered by us, we will not be able to assume the risk on the return package when it refers to causes not attributable to Fixtoe Desvice S.L.
Likewise, remember that you will be responsible for the content of the return package when you use the return option offered by Fixtoe Desvice S.L. In the event that there is an error in the content of the return package not attributable to Fixtoe Desvice S.L, we will be authorized to pass on the corresponding costs if it is possible to manage the return of the package to your attention.
In any case, the rights and actions recognized by current legislation remain safe.
In the case of a size/model change, you will have to request a return and make a new purchase with the new size/model you want.
