In accordance with current regulations, we do not accept returns of products that have been delivered to the customer, except in cases where they have been supplied in error, do not correspond to the order or have been damaged during transport. In all such cases, the returned products will not be offered for sale again.
Once the order has been received, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product to notify any error in the order, lack or poor condition of any product included in the package.
If you receive any product from your order that is not in perfect condition, due to deterioration in transport or for any reason that prevents it from working properly, Fixtoe Company undertakes to replace it or refund 100% of the amount paid for the product. We guarantee the origin of our products, directly from the supplier or manufacturer. They are 100% original and patented, so that we guarantee the quality, safety and guarantee specified in each case by the manufacturer.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
The customer must notify the company, either by telephone +1 (716) 200-9750 or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once the return has been accepted, the transport company will be notified so that it can pick it up at the address provided and return it to Fixtoe Company. Returns are only accepted in the cases indicated in paragraph 1.
We would like to remind you that the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product(s) and once it has been checked that its condition is the same as when it was sent.
The cost of the return will be borne by Fixtoe Company due to poor condition, deterioration, or error in the shipment of the product requested.
Instructions for preparing the return package
The returned product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging so that it does not suffer depreciation.
