Improve your game on the court
For padel, tennis, squash and court sports in general, we recommend the Podoks Running Alto model.
If high-cut socks aren't comfortable for you, choose the Podoks Running Pro or Podoks Confort , which have a medium cut.
And if you have suffered from metatarsalgia or have frequent discomfort in the forefoot area (just before the toes), choose the Podoks Metatarsalgia .

Podoks is the first biomechanical sock designed by podiatrists for padel tennis, helping to prevent injuries, reduce muscle fatigue, and improve gait stability.

The importance of socks in padel
Padel tennis demands the best of your feet: explosive accelerations, sudden braking, jumps, and changes of direction that subject your feet to considerable stress.
That's why hitting the court with the right socks can make the difference between celebrating a match point or retiring due to a blister, tendinopathy, or plantar fasciitis.
Unlike other athletic socks, Podoks are designed with patented biomechanical elements that help prevent injuries, reduce muscle fatigue, and improve foot stability on the court.

Socks that prevent injuries
Our models help prevent common pathologies among padel players and court sports such as:
- Chafing and blisters
- Plantar fasciitis
- Metatarsalgia
- Achilles tendonitis
- Blisters

Science at your feet
Each model incorporates decades of podiatric experience and the latest innovations in technical materials:
- Arch support that prevents plantar fasciitis.
- Strategic reinforcement in the heel and forefoot that redistributes pressure.
- Separation of the big toe for greater leverage and a more secure grip.
- CoolMax® fabric with antibacterial treatment that keeps the foot dry and prevents blisters.
- Targeted compression that improves proprioception and foot stability.
- Flat seams eliminate chafing and friction.

We've developed a sock that's not just an accessory, but a therapeutic tool that improves your well-being.
Podoks combines science, experience and innovation to care for your feet in a unique and effective way.
Thanks to more than 30 years of research in biomechanics and podiatric health, we have developed a sock that is not just an accessory, but a therapeutic tool that improves your well-being.

Big Toe Separation
Padding and separation of the
First finger provides a more secure grip and a more energetic and effective digital push. Longer stride and better push.
2ND TO 5TH METATARSAL CUSHION
Forefoot cushion from the second to the fifth metatarsal that controls tension in the plantar fascia and plantar muscles of the foot, thus reducing fatigue.
COMPRESSIVE ARCH BAND
Extra compression elastic band on the inner arch that increases the dynamic stability of the foot, generating a more secure and effective step.
HEEL cushion
Heel cushion reduces impact with each stride, promoting better cushioning while running.
Don't know which socks to choose?
Recommended models
We recommend Podoks Running Alto or Running Pro. If you prioritize comfort or are just starting out, choose Podoks Confort. If you have forefoot discomfort, choose Podoks Metatarsalgia.
Do you have questions? We'll give you answers.
These are some of the most common questions padel players often have about our socks.
Why should I use Podoks for padel?
Padel tennis generates unique forces on the foot: lateral accelerations, sudden braking, and jumping that can cause plantar fasciitis, tendinopathy, sprains, and blisters.
Our biomechanical socks help improve foot stability and prevent the most common injuries in this sport.
Podoks' ergonomic design prevents the sock from shifting inside your shoes, providing an optimal fit and giving you the extra comfort and performance you need with every step.
How are Podoks different from other technical socks?
Our socks weren't created in a design studio to look great with your sneakers, but in a podiatry clinic. They're designed by podiatrists and have been tested in clinical trials. They're a functional product with therapeutic effectiveness backed by science.
When you put on Podoks, you're putting innovation and technology into your feet to increase the dynamic stability of your foot and optimize the natural biomechanics of your stride.
You can consult the scientific studies here .
Do they really prevent plantar fasciitis?
Our socks incorporate targeted arch support, and scientific studies demonstrate a 25% reduction in pressure under the first metatarsal head. This redistribution of forces significantly reduces stress on the plantar fascia, the most vulnerable structure of the foot when playing padel.
How do Podoks prevent blisters?
Podoks are made with Coolmax fabric, a yarn compound with an antibacterial treatment that wicks away sweat and keeps your feet dry. And thanks to the open stitching system, they prevent chafing and blisters.
Can I use Podoks for other sports?
Absolutely. Our socks are designed to prevent injuries, reduce muscle fatigue, and improve foot stability. They're excellent for running, padel tennis, tennis, squash, court sports, and any activity involving repetitive impact. Podoks' biomechanical technology benefits any sport.
Which Podoks model should I choose for playing padel?
For padel, tennis, squash, pickleball and other court sports we recommend the Podoks Running Alto .
If you suffer from metatarsalgia or frequently experience discomfort in the forefoot (the front part of the sole of the foot), we recommend the Podoks Metatarsalgia .
What size should I choose?
Consult our Sizing Guide if you have any questions. A proper fit is crucial for Podoks' biomechanical technology to work properly.
If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.
Where are Podoks socks made?
Our socks are patented and we make them in Spain, specifically in Ontinyent.
How should I care for my Podoks?
You can machine wash them in cold water (maximum 30°C) with mild detergent. Do not use fabric softener. Air dry, never tumble dry. With proper care, they will maintain their technical properties for a long time.
Can I use them if I already have foot problems?
If you have plantar fasciitis or metatarsalgia, we recommend using Podoks as a complementary treatment to the one provided by your podiatrist.
