Why Podoks?
"I've always believed that the foundation of good athletic performance lies in paying attention to the small details.
When I discovered Podoks, I understood that they were revolutionizing a fundamental aspect such as footwork.
I'm excited to be part of a project that unites science, health, and sports with a real impact on people's daily lives.

Without Podoks – Plantar pressure on the left foot, wearing its own sock, in a patient with hyperpressure on the first metatarsal head associated with mild hyperkeratosis beneath it.
With Podoks – In the same patient with Podoks, normalization of the forefoot strike pattern is observed, as well as a separation of the first toe from the second, improving its biomechanical function.

Podoks combines science, experience and innovation to care for your feet in a unique and effective way.
Thanks to more than 30 years of research in biomechanics and podiatric health, we have developed a sock that is not just an accessory, but a therapeutic tool that improves your well-being.

Big Toe Separation
Cushion and separation of the big toe provides a more secure grip and a more energetic and effective digital push. Longer stride and better push.
2ND TO 5TH METATARSAL CUSHION
Forefoot padding from the second to the fifth metatarsal that controls tension in the plantar fascia and plantar muscles of the foot, thus reducing fatigue.
COMPRESSIVE ARCH BAND
Extra compression elastic band on the inner arch that increases the dynamic stability of the foot, generating a more secure and effective step.
HEEL CUSHION
Heel cushion reduces impact with each stride, promoting better cushioning while running.
